The support form

Cyclops gets standard support. Minotaur, Kraken, and Behemoth get priority. Expect a reply within one business day — often a few hours on Kraken.

What we will not guess

If a run failed, include the Queue row or the API id. If credits look wrong, say which plan you are on and whether the credits were monthly or a top-up. Do not send API keys. Revoke a leaked key at mediamonster.app/keys and mint another.
