Document skills take a PDF, Word file, sheet, deck, ebook, or other text file. Filter the skills catalogue by Document. POST /api/v1/convert does not write documents. Use convert-document (or another document skill) instead.

Convert a document skill page with format choices for PDF, Word, sheets, slides, and ebooks — Convert a document. Pick PDF, Word, a sheet, slides, or an ebook.

Per-page rates bill at least one page. Split the PDF and PDF to pictures refuse files longer than 100 pages rather than cutting them short.

Translate it hands back a text file, not a laid-out PDF. About the first fifteen pages of a long file are translated.

Caveats

Convert a document — PDF to Word keeps the words, not always the exact layout. A file converts within its kind — a sheet to a sheet, slides to slides — or to PDF.
Split the PDF and PDF to pictures — up to 100 pages. A longer file is refused.
Repair the PDF — a badly broken file may still come back unreadable.
